Great wood lathe chuck
Very well designed and made. Since I only have the one jaw set, I can’t comment on the quick change ability, but it appears to be very good and quick.

Easy is the right word
Easy Wood Tools Easy Chuck is indeed EASY to use and it's so well made. I love how easy it is to change out jaws and the jaws are made without the sharp edges that others have. It's just a dream to get to go out to the shop and use the Easy Wood Tools Chuck and the changeable jaws!

No draw backs
change teath fast and clean... no turnout!!! just a million times better than my first 2 chucks... wish i never got my nova and PSI chuckes and just got this one first... nova was ok psi was a little better but both had a bit of turnout... this chuck is soooo nice

Only chuck you need.
A must have for any wood turner! No screws to remove the jaws! Just the allen wrench for the set screws that tighten on the spindle. No need for any other chuck. Made here in the USA.

Quality tool.
The quality is very high. Unfortunately, so far it does not operate any better than my Nova chuck which was much less money. However, I do not yet have any different jaws for it so eventually it may prove to be a better deal. Still, the zoom ring is not particularly easy to use and seems to add little to the ease of use. I would not recommend it for a first chuck. It is too pricey. But it is also made in the USA, so when I upgraded I wanted better quality. Sadly, the quality here is only slightly higher, which says a lot about the Nova. So if "Made in America" matters most, definitely buy it. Also, the ability to swap out different jaws is less money than buying a new chuck. But the initial investment make it very hard to buy.
