Great product
Very good product. Got caught without a working backup when power went out. Bought this after. Not a convenience, but a lifesaving necessity.

Air11 CPAP... 2 nights and a bit more
Charged this at home, purchased a 60w solar panel as well for in the field. First night put the CPAP all together, plugged it into the battery unit and in the morning (7.6 hrs later) I had 60% battery remaining... The unit worked great! The day had pretty thick overcast so no joy on charging (got to 65%) but ended up not using the CPAP the next night (see note below about cold air)... The unit is now sitting under my machine at home being used as a battery backup just fine. Interesting note, the first night at home, plugged in, I woke to a 20% charge (heated tube and humidity on) but ever since then it has not depleated the batteries at all.Side note... If you go camping for the first time with a CPAP unit, consider that without the heated tube you will be pouring really cold air over your face or nose and its really hard to fall asleep and stay asleep like that. I ended up putting the unit right at my head and running the tube down into my sleeping bag to prewarm the air as much as possible... Just a suggestion ... No idea how long the battery will run with the heater on, didnt try it.

Never leave home without it
I was quite surprised when I received this battery pack the sturdiness of it the amount of time that I can use my CPAP on full power when the power goes out I've had to use it three times in the last 6 months. There is no leg from when the power goes out to the time the battery kicks in CPAP never stops running.

Died before its time
Although this product did work for just over a year, It just dies ( funny smell then no power). Also from an engineering perspective when it dies it shut off all power to the CPAP machine, it should never do that!!! It should have reverted to plug power. IN any event a car battery costs a fraction of the cost and last more that a year. I do not recommend this product as it boke way too soon.

Great back up
I bought this to use in the camper so I do not have to use shore power and can boondock. I have used it on one trip so far. I was pleasantly surprised I got 3 nights use with 10% left before needing to charge it.When I say 3 nights each night was continuous use for 7.5+ hours each night. The other trick I have found is do not turn it on until you are ready to use it and I turn it off as soon as I get up in the morning. This is also HSA eligible. This was an important factor for me and I had a time finding one that was. So I feel it is important to make this note in the review.

Current limit
I have had this unit for almost a year and have found it to work well. It is clearly a high quality construction. However there is an issue which I did not discover until I replaced my old BiPap with a newer model. There is a limit on the amount of current the unit will pass through; if your current demand exceeds this limit (as a result of connecting another unit, or using heated tubes) the excess current is drawn from the battery. Under these conditions you can exhaust the battery even if there is no power failure. The new BiPap machine crossed the line, and the battery went out during the night, but mains power was never lost. THIS IS NOT A FAILURE. The battery backup is designed this way. I highly recommend this unit, just be careful on how much current you draw and select the proper battery size.

Works great!
I don’t write reviews to often, but after doing a test on this unit I was impressed with it, I tested in home on my resmed cpap with the humidifier on and it ran 7.5 hours. I have not tried to see how long it will last with the humidifier off but if I can get one night out of it between charges it works for me. Im curious to see how long it lasts before the battery starts to lose its ability to retain a full charge.
