Victorinox Swiss Classic 3-Piece Paring Set, Black, 3-Inch

These are very good paring knives, 3 different types, highly rated by America's Test Kitchen & a very reasonable price. They live up to my expectations.

Sharp paring knives!

Out of the box they're very sharp, I use the two straighter ones a lot for work, always super comfortable to use. I got these because my old chef had the serrated one and it like never rusted from the way he stored it. When my workhorse isn't precise enough these guys always save the day!Get these for anyone you know who cooks they'll truly appreciate these knives.

The best paring knives one cannot live without

I use this knife almost daily and it's been great so far.I have a much sharper carbon steel knife but it's not dishwasher safe. With these knives, I abuse them and throw them in the dishwasher and don't bat an eye.

When I lost my favorite victorinix paring knife, I bought this set. The straight paring knife is better than the one I bought 10 years ago and lost. The handle is longer. I was surprised that the bird beak knife was perfect for precise peeling and cuts. The serrated blade is a bit less useful, but helps with coring tomatoes. For the price, you can't go wrong.

I love the Swiss quality of Victorinox, and my husband and I have several sizes and Types of Victorinox pocketknives and multi-tools, which will become heirlooms for our children and grandchildren. I have a small Victorinox curved paring knife made exactly like the ones in this set, and I love its curring power. But buyers who are expecting something other than the more-or-less flat handle may not like these.

I’m impressed with the quality of this inexpensive set of paring knives. They were a great replacement for the Chicago Cutlery knive that I replaced. Anything by this brand is going to be good. The 8” chef’s knife was better than the competition on Americas Test Kitchen so I’ve been swapping out all of my knives. After using their chef’s knife I went for it and bought this set with great results
