Okay- so this phone started out as a bit of a struggle. Not gonna lie. HOWEVER, though the support of the seller and my own willingness to work with the seller through some issues, this has ended on an extremely high note.I purchased this phone to replace my extremely glitchy cheapo Motorola, that's not even a year old but already has some serious touch digitizer and freezing issues. Motorola- your Moto Power is crap. 'Nuff said. My mom encouraged me to buy this Samsung Galaxy S9+ phone, because she's had one for 6 YEARS now, and has loved it and has never had any issues with it.Small problem: they no longer manufacture this phone. Sad panda. So, I went online and purchased a renewed phone. Big mistake- turns out "renewed" phones have original electronics/batteries and ports. The battery charger was beat up and I had to wiggle the plug and set it just right to get it to charge.. but the battery also died super fast. Returned that phone- and decided to purchase a brand new Samsung Galaxy S9+ from *this* seller.Loved the phone. Smooth. Shiny. NOT glitchy. But it had a flaw- the battery died pretty fast. I reached out to the seller and from the first moment we interacted, he was incredibly helpful. I followed his requests for various troubleshooting steps to identify if it was an app issue or a battery issue- but after a few days of testing this and that, we determined that it was, in fact, the battery. He advised me that it was likely just a fluke- but he had me send the phone to him for an immediate battery replacement. He also offered to send me a loaner phone to use while my battery was being replaced, but I went ahead and used my old glitchy phone. Within just a few days, I had my phone back with a brand new battery and voila- problem fixed.Folks- I don't often write reviews like this, because honestly... does anyone even read them? But I want to assure any future customers that this seller will go above and beyond. NEVER ONCE did I feel like he was avoiding me. NEVER ONCE did I have concerns that I was going to need to file a complaint with Amazon. NEVER ONCE did he cause me to feel unimportant and I can't even express how grateful I am for his honesty and transparency. And his determination to provide me exactly what I ordered. A brand new perfectly working beautiful cellular device. It's hands down the most expensive phone that I have ever bought, but if this one lasts like my mom's does... it is the last phone I will need to buy for a long time.OH and as far as the phone goes- no regrets. It's pricy (not as pricy as it was when they first came out, of course) but worth every single penny.Thank you!!

Phone is useless after 3 months. Screen is pressing buttons by itself, its unusable. Will not buy from this seller again as they are pretending to sell new/unused phones when they are clearly used.

It was a good purchase.Confident with the brand. Past time to upgrade from my(rooted) Galaxy S3..loved that 'trooper' of a phone for many years.Please with all the updated features of the S9+.Cant offer any comment on the fingerprint face rec. biometrics extravagant features...Dont really use them myself. Dont let my phone wander off too far so that extent of security i havent felt the need for up to this point.Satisfied with the seller.Came in under the scheduled date for delivery..that is always a plus.The charging adapter was generic 'run of the mill' but an awesome 2+ amp charger wasn't promoted, so no foul.Since it was a used purchase therefore 2nd owner (which the cost was way more acceptable than paying retail for the thing)makes me wish every device user was wise enough to APPLY a SCREEN protector dammitt.Being one that believes in not dropping ones phone and caring for it enough to not subject it to unnneccesary abuse. I abore scratches . But I can live with the quality I received. Thanks seller, Thanks Amazon.I'm device happy for several more years , Im sure.

My used S9 plus came exactly when it was said to be delivered. Was in even better shape than I expected. You won't hear no complaints out of this guy!

For this phone being a refurbished phone, it works like new! Great experience, no issues with this phone at all!

Apenas lo recibi y al actualizar el producto se calentó demasiado, la parte de atrás y la pantalla, en donde se conecta el cargador hace falso carga y deja de cargar, no se si el vendedor me pueda solucionar ese problema de lo demás hasta ahorita esta bien checare tomando fotos y me imagino que jugando se va a sobrecalentar más
