High quality food for our itchy allergic labradoodle!
Our doodle has always been itchy and when we had him tested we found out he's pretty much allergic to everything haha. We've always had to have him on limited ingredient dog foods, specifically those that are grain and poultry free. We bounce around between a few different brands just to keep things interesting for him and have been using this one for a few months now. He really like it! We combine dry kibble and canned food and use about 1/4 of the can per meal. It keeps really well in the fridge with one of those silicone can lids on it and always has the same color, texture and consistency. It seems like a really high quality product and I love that I can get it in my monthly subscriptions. It definitely helps our boy stay itch free!I can absolutely recommend this if you have dogs that have food sensitivities or allergies. I sincerely hope this review has been helpful to someone else! And yes, I pay full price for it. Feel free to ask any questions!

Great Product
A few years ago I switched to Nutro products after my Papillon was getting downright fat on the food I'd been feeding her. I did some research and came up with Nutro. The Papillon dropped the weight almost immediately and everything about her just looked incredibly happy and healthy. She eats dry food of course. I also have a 17 yr old Chihuahua that I adopted when she was 7 and literally on her way to be euthanized. She was in horrible shape weighing over 12 lbs, unable to walk and screamed if you touched her. That was when she was 7. She is the one that eats the Nutro Limited Ingredient Diet loaf because she has 2 teeth left. You'd swear that she was 7 now and not 17. She runs around the house and plays with the other dog. In all this time I've gotten one dented can. I use 12 cans a month (she weighs 6 lbs now) and one can on the corner of the case had a large dent so I tossed it out. I also use Nutro treats. Just thought I'd share my experience which has been fabulous. Best of luck to all of you that love your dogs way more than you should (like me) but also need to be careful of the pennies (like me)!

Nice to Have Limited Ingredient Diet with Whitefish for Dogs
Thank you for making a whitefish-based limited ingredient wet food. My dog has severe allergies and whitefish seems to be one of the few proteins she can handle. She recently had urgent surgery and I had just ordered a case of the whitefish & potato. Sadly, I will be unable to use the food as the veterinarians changed her diet. I will donate the case of food to the rescue that my dog came from. The only reason I am giving this diet 4 stars instead of 5 is because the % fat is very high when converting the guaranteed analysis to dry matter as is recommended for fat sensitive dogs.

My pouch looovvvveeeessss it!!!!
An absolute win in my house! I wanted to try something new to mix in my terrier dry food! Omg he goes nuts when he hears me pop the can open. The look on his face lmao is priceless. The lamb is an absolute win win. I mix it in his dry food and the bowl is licked CLEAN! Will def buy again. I give my dog this every other day to keep a rotational serving and I use 1/2 a container. The remainder 1/2 container I put the entire can in a ziplock bag and put it in the fridge. If you don’t put it in a ziplock bag and just leave it in the fridge, it will get hard and crusty. I don’t know about other pet lovers out there. However I hate when I leave left overs and it gets hard around the edges or oxidizes and get discolored. So I always wrap things in shrink wrap or put open containers in large ziplock bags. But I recommend putting ur leftover can in a ziplock bag and in the fridge to keep it fresh. And just a recommendation; when you’re ready to serve it. Just soak the can in hot water for 5-10 mins. It will allow the fats to melt and make it more stew and less like a jelly glob :).

My dog's health improving
I have two allergic dogs. Vet advised no beef or chicken. It is hard to find dog food without chicken or chicken broth. One dog had problem with this food. I think he is probably allergic to turkey as well. The other dog had no problem. She is gaining weight back and growing hair on her back where she had rubbed all hair off due to itching from allergy. She eats this food without prompting. It is moist and does not have a strong smell. It is more expensive than some other foods but well worth it if it improves my dog's health.

I have 2 dogs that won’t touch this!
I have a special needs dog that is allergic to 32 different foods and plants in our environment. Among them are beef and chicken. Today chicken is in everything so I have to look at the labels carefully so I don’t give him something he’ll react too! To top it off Charlie is a foodie, he’s the 135lb black lab in the picture above, there is not much he or his sister don’t like. They have both had the Nutro fish before so I thought I would try the Lamb. Big mistake. Neither one of them would even try it! They both sniffed it and walked away from their bowls. I don’t know what’s in this dog food but if my dogs are walking away from it it’s not good. I bought a case of this and will try to send it back. I can’t even, in good conscience, give this to a shelter!
