plums, mmmm
lost a lot of leaves in transit, to be expected. but, so far, so good. showing new growth. Gave tree a couple of weeks to stabilize and then transplanted to 5 gallon grow bags where it is showing some nice growth. In the fall will transplant to 40 gallon grow bags and that is where this has lost a star. Because I'm container growing this DWARF fruit tree, was a little disappointed to find it had been pruned for HEIGHT. I'm not short, but once in its larger container, it will already be over 6 feet and going up. So will have my work cut out for me to prune it back down.
