Pilates Ball 8 inch, Small Exercise Ball for Between Knees with Needle Pump for Core Workout & Physical Therapy Yoga PT

My physical therapist recommended I get an 8 inch Pilates ball to use at home. I purchased a different brand ball on Amazon. The other brand had a straw you stuck in the ball and manually blew up the ball. That was easy. However, no matter how many times I tried, I could not get the straw out and the plug in fast enough to stop the ball from deflating. That ball was worthless and I returned it. I somehow stumbled on this ball on Amazon which listed that it was self-plugging similar to a basketball. It arrived today and I inserted the pump, pumped up the ball with air, pulled the pump out and BOOM--it self sealed. No escaped air and no frustrated customer. The ball appears to be made from good materials and should be able to fit my needs. I gave it 5 starts just for the inflation alone. Crossing my fingers the ball works for my needs.

I bought this to go between my knees for some physical therapy exercises. It is a good size for that, and I appreciate that it came with a pump. It was a little difficult for me to inflate because I have issues with my upper back and arms but most people shouldn't have any issues.

Love this exercise ball. I use it every day. It is thick and well made. It came with a pump and needle. It is easy to assemble and the needle stores in the pump so it won't get lost or bent. The ball is the perfect size. It is holding up well and holds its air. It is easy to inflate and deflate (for travel). It does not have a weird smell. It is great quality for the price!

Have used this for physical therapy exercises and it is up to the challenge. Was easy to inflate and has not leaked. Deflated it for a trip and packed away easily. Have been satisfied with it's durability.

I bought this ball to use with my physical therapy exercises. I was concerned that it might be hard to inflate. But it came with a hand pump inflator that worked very easily and quickly inflated the ball.It’s a little soft but that’s how I need it for my exercises. I’m very satisfied with this ball: low cost, easy to inflate, nice feel to it.
