I was debating whether to buy this kit or buy quality individual bits, which would be quite a bit more expensive. After seeing a YT video showing them successfully in use, I decided to order them with fingers crossed!The exterior packaging and design was good quality. Inside the wooden box, there was some shipping bubble wrap to protect the bits with a foam sheet in the lid and black flocking in the base under the bits. The bits were all in place, but primarily because they are very, very tight and deep in the plastic bushings pressed into the wooden box, especially the top row. I could not get them out with my fingers and sliced the surface layer of skin of my little finger trying to do so. I used my rubber-covered pliers handle to lever then out carefully and that damaged the very soft pine box in a couple places. Eventually I managed to lever them all out, re-inserting them just enough that I could easily push them out. The wooden box is surprisingly well made, but like I said, very soft pine.Each carbide cutting edge was checked and they were all in good condition, no chips. They all seemed sharp, but not such that they will cut paper. The bearings screws were tight and the bearings spun freely. The yellow appears to be a thick powder coat. The ends of the 1/4" shank are also yellow. The bits were all located adjacent to their labels and as ordered, though the labels were not installed properly and were lifted at one end. The largest bit is 1.5" in overall diameter, which just fit thru my router base with a little shaving!I put a couple of the larger bits in my Dewalt compact router and ran them at high speed while holding the router. The balance seemed fine. I didn't test them all at this point.I then tried the large roundover bit on a piece of scrap 2 x 4 using my home-made router table. It cut smoothly on speed setting 1 with no burning and I was pleased with the result. After, I suspected the cutting edge had lost a little sharpness, but it was purely subjective. I'll have to run some more edges and see how the edge cuts. I plan on using my 600 grit diamond plate to keep the edges keen anyway (though the bearings will have to be removed to do that)So far, I am not disappointed, but time will tell. I'll update with more information later when I get to use these in earnest. It's too darn cold to be working in my unheated shop right now!

Really impressed with these bits so far. I'm a beginner when using a router, but these are good for the money. They're quite a bit cheaper than even the cheapest bits you'll buy at a hardware store, yet they cut well and seem to be holding up well.I've made about 40 linear feet worth of cuts with 3 of the bits and there's no appreciable sign of wear. All of them have a nice fit and finish and cut well. The kit is a good combination of common bits. The box is pretty nice, only complaint is that when shipped the bits are SO tight in their holders its hard to get them out even with a prybar or pliers. Not a bad thing really, it keeps them in place so there was no shipping damage.If you're a beginner using routers, this a great set of bits. I would consider Yonico's larger multi-bit set too if you think you're going to use that many. When you price these per bit compared to the competition, these are a GREAT GREAT value.

I purchased these bits based on a review video I saw on YouTube. The order was filled on a timely basis. In addition to very well done shipping protection the bit set is provided with its own storage box which is in itself a fine benefit of the purchase. The box is good looking, strongly made, and compact. Inside it holds the bits securely at an angle that makes extraction easy. Each bit's place in the box is identified by a profile outline of its cut and measurements. I have not yet had opportunity to use the bits so cannot comment on performance, but so far Yonico shines. I will update this rating after using the product.

I've purchased single bits made by this company before and I liked them enough to buy this set. It seemed like a good idea t have them all together in a protective wooden box. Unfortunately the box is junk and it fell apart! Four stars for the bits, Zero for the box.

Great bits, cut perfect. Only drawback was the chamfer bit was a little larger than I expected. For most people it wouldn't be an issue.

The router bits are good bits for a very reasonable price. I haven't tried all of them but the one I did try performed great in my router table.

Just received the router bits so I haven’t had time to test them. I’m pretty sure the bits are good. However, you can see in the photo how they arrived. Fortunately, none of the carbide was damaged. I’ve seen lots of complaints of other manufactures bits, being hard to take out of the package, this is why they packaged them so tight.

Been using these bits for quite sometime now and they are staying nice and sharp been using them on pine and maple, mostly maple, can't complain

Hasta el momento sólo los he usado en madera suave (pino) pero cortan como mantequilla, siguen igual de filosos y sin problemas. Por el costo no creo que haya mejor opción.

Son unas brocas de router de una calidad aceptable que cumplen razonablemente con su trabajo en MDF y madera blanda. No vienen muy bien afiladas las cuchillas de carburo el acabado y materiales no son de primera. Pero por el precio son set inicial razonable. Sin embargo, si ya se sabe que brocas en específico se quieren y no son más de 2-4 las que se van a usar yo preferiría comprar bóricas de mejor calidad en especial las de patrones.Es importante mencionar que el set no incluye ninguna broca de inmersión ni ningún balero de remplazo para ninguna de las brocas. La caja por desgracia se ve bonita pero fuera de almacenar las brocas es un poco inservible por la forma en la que esta fabricada.Por el precio es un trato justo con una calidad aceptable que te da variedad con la que jugar. Pero si lo que se quiere es resultado de calidad y unas brocas con una gran durabilidad este no es el rango de precio ni el set uindicado.
