Works great. Comfortable.
Works. Great. Use it all day as I do sales from home office. I pair it with two iPhones.

unparalleled noise cancelation - but problems
Great battery lifeBluetooth works while charging (big plus)can used microUSB corded option (laptop)microphone filters out wind, and VERY loud background noises completely (mic must be close to mouth).if you move the mic slightly away from mouth, no one can hear you (this is a good thing)two flaws:after a few months, crackling becomes a problem--mostly with music. i think its a poor speaker.the flex of the headset looses its tightness, and the ear pads dont provide enough shape-age to stay on your head. (you end up holding your head unnaturally upright if bending down, or lifting something, and the headset will surely fall off. using one ear on, with another behind an ear keeps it in place).

Ok when it works...Often doesn't
Worked as it should when it was new. After a few months it very often will not connect at all to a video (e.g. YouTube) or Skype meeting. Other times it will ONLY connect via bluetooth when unplugged (not good for a low battery situation). Other times will ONLY connect with it plugged in. Sometimes I've gotten dial tones and busy signals -- but no call was made. Something unreliable about the bluetooth hardware inside the device it seems (shot circuit maybe). For the price poor value as it does not hold up to moderate office use
