Comfortable skates
The quality of the skates are worth the money. They are stiff in a good way and very supportive to the ankle. The size fit perfectly. I like that the adjustable strings are easy to make tighter or loose. The wheels are very smooth and gives a nice glide on the floor.

My first skates!
After a lot of research online, reading articles, and watching YouTube videos, the majority of sources stated that the Moxi Beach Bunny was one of the best beginner roller skates. I have used them for about 3 days and I love them. I am still learning about what a good roller skate is like, how to customize, how it should feel, and maintenance but from what I have done, they feel very sturdy and have a lot of ankle support which I think is nice for a beginner to feel that stability. It has an adjustable toe stop (you can make it lower or higher to your liking), it has a metal alloy plate, it comes with toe covers and 78A wheels which are good for outdoor. So far, I think they are nice and the color is adorable. I bought it in peach blanket color in size 10. Definitely check the size guide as they all differ from regular shoe sizes (I didn’t pay attention to this initially….oops) so learn from my mistake and measure your foot (easier in centimeters) and look at the size guide.

A Step Up
I used to roller skate all the time as a kid. I bought a cheap-o pair to start three years ago just to see if I still liked it and if it was something I might do more regularly. I do enjoy it but I am quite terrible at it. This crappy pair had plastic trucks and fake suede and were just really pretty bad all around. So, since I am going to keep at it I've rewarded myself with a pair of Moxi skates. I would really like a pair of Lolly's but cannot fork out $300+ dollars. I love these. They have metal trucks. They come in cute colors. They are solidly built. I think the only downsides are that the tongue is super-thick with not much give and they rub against my shin while I'm skating, and also the laces aren't waxed and so come undone (which is kind of dangerous). I'm hoping the tongue breaks in a little and I can always buy my own laces, so I'm stoked. I followed their sizing guide and they fit great.

Amazing, but watch out if you have big feet.
Oh my gosh! Going from the cheap Chicago skates to this is a dream. It skates so smoothly and the boot is so comfortable. This is the first time skating and my feet didn’t hurt once. For the beach bunnies, definitely do not size down more than two sizes. I’m a size 11 in women’s, and my Chicago’s were a size 9 and fit just fine. I ordered a size 9 in the bunnies and it did not fit. I returned them and ordered a size 10, which fits like a glove. I love these skates so much already.

Thickness around the ankles
The ankles are too thick and I had trouble skating.and pivoting

Beautiful but size issues
Unfortunately the size 10 was small enough it was hurting my pinky toe even after lacing differently. I'm sure a size 11 would fit great.....but there is no size 11😢. Which is very upsetting for anyone with big feet like wtf. Anyone else with this issue needing size 11, get the Riedell Orbits. Same exact skate made by the parent company but in different colors. Hopefully you like one of those more anyways, I do.

Cute Plus Size Friendly Skates.
Really nice skates. They carry my weight of a little over 300 lbs. Like usual, skates run in men’s sizes and they are a perfect fit for me. The reason I gave 3 stars is because they didn’t come with tools. If you buy from the Moxie Skate brand itself, you will receive tools to make adjustments if needed to the skates, so you’ll have to purchase that separately if you do not already have one. I’m pleased with them, but with my weight I might need to change out the wheels so that my skates do not get ruined. But all in all, great skates and I’m pleased with my order. I just wish they came with tools.
