Source Naturals Royal Jelly - 500 mg - 60 Capsules

I have taken Royal Jelly for over 50 years. It is energizing, great for your skin and hair, and supreme immunity booster. As advised to me by a holistic physician, look for freeze dried, as the process preserves the quality and potency. I play pickleball at least 4 times a week - I play as fast and agile as most of the 40 year-olds - I’m 76 - yet not one person has ever come close to guessing my age - Royal Jelly can be credited in part for my healthy mind & body.

Update (February 2017): Thanks to taking the Royal Jelly I ended up pregnant the same year I started taking it in 2014 (gave birth to a healthy baby by March 2015) with ease after I thought I wasn't too fertile from taking birth control for so long! So watch out if you aren't trying to get pregnant and try it if you are trying to get pregnant as it may help.This is my first time taking Royal Jelly. I regularly take Bee Pollen, vitamins and other health supplements. I tried this particular brand of Royal Jelly by Source Naturals because I have tried other health supplements by the Source Naturals brand and through experience in comparison to other brands I have come to know them to be a top quality brand that has a good quality grade of whatever supplement they are selling. I didn't know what to expect in terms of health benefits that I would actually see (although I did read up on some of the potential health benefits), I was curious to see how my body's health would benefit from taking Royal Jelly. I didn't observe any major noticeable immediate effects in the weeks that I was consistently taking the royal jelly capsules when I would take only 1 capsule per day (as a precaution to make sure I didn't have any allergic reactions to the Royal Jelly). However, when I bumped up to taking 2 capsules per day I noticed my libido improved as that has been an issue for me. So I like that my libido improved, and perhaps there may be some preventive or long term health benefits that I may have gained in taking the Royal Jelly capsules. I'm all for taking anything that improves my libido. As a young woman in her fertile years my reproductive health matters as I haven't had any children yet and I entering the risk period in the next few of years, so I hope that the Royal Jelly really does help maintain my reproductive health.

I have been taking this product instead of my regular multi vitamin. I feel better and I am never sick to my stomach anymore. I like taking natural products because I think our bodies process it more like food. I will continue to buy the royal jelly.

My mistake I was under the impression these were softgels therefore I was not able to take them.

I have used Royal Jelly for several years. It is superb for skin appearance. Good for hair.This is an overall great supplement.

I have Fibromyalgia and nerve damage. This helps with the pain I can't afford my prescription meds anymore & while Royal Jelly isn't as great as my prescriptions, I am at least able to function again.
