Great laptop
A super laptop. Although it was a referb, was well packaged and looks like new. My husband is very computer savvy and he was impressed with it.

Not as shown in picture, doesn’t match description
Picture and description did not state there was a keypad. This makes the product larger so not suitable for my needs

Good laptop but riddled with faults. Great customer service.
Laptop itself is good - especially like the touch screen - however it had multiple faults from the start such as the charger falling out of port constantly; videos not always playing on full screen; unable to upload photos from phone etc. I spoke to CRS, their customer service was great and they replaced the laptop straight away. Replacement is much better but still wont play videos on full screen unless charging; silver finish on the inside chips off easily; also had a few days of the laptop not switching on or responding at all.

Good value for money excellent support
The HP Elite was recommended by a family member but buying new was outside our budget. The offer from Amazon on reused laptops with the option of 3 years warranty seemed a much better arrangement and was within budget. The goods were delivered well with the proposed timescales and due to some software issues created by myself, the suppler offered was very quick and efficient . Would consider further purchases in future

Appaling.... It was not clear this item is second hand
Appaling.... It was not clear this item is second hand, repainted and does not meet Health and Safety standards for screen glare.I am immensly dissapointed.

Great computer - looks like new
Bought this for my daughter at university. Arrived next day and looks brand new. Great graphics. Power cable seems to easily get knocked out of place so easy to inadvertently take it off charge - not an issue as I'm sure she'll get used to it and I'll let her know. Just one to be aware of. Doesn't take the shine off this great unit though.
