DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING. THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT COME WITH THE ADAPTER/USB CABLE INCLUDED AND GOOD LUCK TRYING TO FIND ONE THAT WORKS WITH THIS UNIT. IT SUCKS THROUGH 3 DDD BATTERIES EVERY FEW WEEKS, VERY EXPENSIVE TO OPERATE AT THIS RATE. THERE ARE MUCH CHEAPER BATTERY OPERATED OPTIONS AVAILABLE. WHAT A WASTE OF $50!

I like the feeder for the fact that you can put treats and food in it and you can set timer for 4 'feedings'. The flaw is the lid and locking. It's not thick enough to block the smell of the food or treats and it's not thick enough or secure enough to keep the dog out. I have a 42 pound, very inquisitive 6 yr. old and she has gotten the lid off each time now so I have to tape the lid on. It's still going to be an issue though because she can smell the food and treats and she wants them badly like any dog so she will keep at it until one time she breaks the whole machine Also, the power cord should have been included because it needs to of the same ends.

First of all, the cable you need to buy to plug it into a wall is really hard to find. I ended up using D batteries which were expensive. But the hardware started being buggy after 3 months. It either wouldn’t spin so my cat would miss a meal. Or it would spin too often and she would get fed twice.

I do not like that you can NOT change from military time.

The item description is misleading. Says: ‘ Dual Power Supply: Programmable pet dish can be powered via either the included USB cord”, although the box it comes in says both the USB cord and batteries are not included.
