I bought this for my Granddaughter as she loves playing house. Although the box was a bit battered when it arrived all the parts inside were perfectly fine. Instructions are easy and straight forward to follow and putting it together was easy enough. Just be careful when screwing the plastic caps on to the plastic threads as over tightening will cause it to snap the thread as happened on one occasion. It does say in the instructions not to over tighten. Granddaughter loves it and that's what its all about.

Good but flimsy and breaks?
Had this for 2 months, today one of the plastic bolts randomly snapped with no pressure or person around went outside to see a piece just laying there on the floor, weird but kinda expected with how flimsy it can be. Good otherwise, had no issues before now.

Good value for money
We've had the product a couple of months now. The stickers have weathered already, but the main house looks new. The back wall has cracked, but we feel that it was due to some rough handling by the older kids a and not the toddlers.Very easily assembled, they kids love it, two toddlers can fit in it easy with a small table. Lots of window and door opening, dashing in and out, imaginative play.

Item should have been , but I bought a return
Regrettably item packaging in bad condition when delivered as amazon return. Damaged and pieces missing , but from what I could see , item itself would have been well constructed and colourful, would have been great if in 100% condition

Big but flimsy
it was nice and big which is what I was looking for however the slightest gust and its like the wizard of oz, takes off, had to put slide through it to keep it in the garden. very flimsy and easily breakable which isn't ideal for a 3&4 year old

Quite flimsy
Quite flimsy, not that sturdy to be honest. It’s ok for the smaller children who aren’t as active and lively so perfect for my 16month old

Easy to assemble and good value
Didn't know what to expect when buying this as reviews were mixed. So glad I bought it. Easy to build, stress free, straightforward instructions. Looks lovely. Good size inside.Value for money compared to other houses totally worth it as other houses more expensive tiny compared to this.My child loves this makes her smile and plays in it for hours.Everything included in the box. Very happy customer.
