This battery has never failed or have gave me Any problem I have received it not to long and is running smoothly and good and it also last me for a long time there for I can't really complain I didn't know that it will last me 8-9 hours which it isn't bad at all. It comes with everything like on the picture image.

Terrific replacement e-bike battery’s
Replaced both of my e-bike batteries with the Yose Power 36V 13Ah battery and now my bike go farther on a full charge then when I first bought my bikes

If you ride daily, be prepared to charge it frequently
I went from a15 amp/hr to a 10.4 ah. The smaller battery doesn't supply enough power to take me on a 25 mile round trip. I'm saving to buy a 48v 15 ah one

this battery replacement slides on my battery track easlyhas lots of power and lifeit does not work with my old mandlebar controllerhard to know how much power leftbut worth the price

Didn’t work for our e-bike
The measurements were correct but the prongs didn’t line up & this product is non-returnable & there is nothing they will do. I would NOT recommend. We are out $241

Works but not great
It was easy to install but my bike is so slow now, I have an ecotric bike. Where my bike used go at a good speed on the second level it now requires a lot of strength from me to ride the bike on that level. Now I don’t enjoy riding my bike anymore.
