Purchased these items for my son who runs cross country for school. These have help after practice and races to relieve his muscles. They are durable as his bag gets snuffed around a lot. They work well and are super easy to use.

Easy to use and very sturdy plastic. Works well to relieve pain and tension without the stress on your hands or joints.

The thumb saver is fantastic and helps from bending your fingers back too hard when using it. The other thing feels nice but doesn't do as much. Overall this is a nice set of massage tools.

The frog is just amazing, can situate it in your hand to get the right angle and width on the prongs you want to use pressure on; perfectly sturdy; beautiful. The thumb thing is a little smaller than I imagined but it does let you get good into specific spots with some mechanical advantage; good on the glutes and hips for that specific release point. It could go up a little higher on the thumb part but it’s definitely work the money

Nice grip so my hand and fingers don’t cramp up. It gets my nots just right and fits perfectly along my shoulder blade. Love it.

I ordered this set specifically for the teal piece however, it was very small. I was looking for something a bit larger. The blue piece was great and fit in the hand nicely.
