I have used this product in my consulting business for 10 years. It has been reliable and produced a quality product during that time. I recommend it highly.

Machine uses too much lamination
When using this device it uses too much lamination and does not cut as well as the video, also the completed product did not laminate the right side of the paper to about 3 inches from the right side. I also called GBC for warranty work and they said the serial number does not match their equipment id, so go back to the place where I purchased the item for information.

Do Not Buy this item from SHOPLET or any reseller on Amazon! Shoplet is not an ACCO/GBC authorized reseller. Even though I purchased this through my work account, they somehow blocked the account I used from reviewing Shoplet. There are no authorized resellers on Amazon for this product.Only authorized resellers can offer the GBC 1 year parts and labor warranty. Before you purchase get it in writing. The one I purchased for work stopped working three months later and I was told that I have no recourse. These resellers purchase old models from the manufacturer and sell them as new.
