The guy in the ad must be 4 ft tall. I'm old and short but the arm sized don't fit me like in the picture. However the machines do work to keep your muscles toned. They won't build muscle but the help not losing muscle.

If you look at all of the product descriptions for ABS stimulators, you'll find that many of them discuss or mention how you can use this to develop you ABS with little to no effort. The problem with this device, and all of the other devices similar to it, is that it's not intended to be used for building/developing ABS or other parts of the body. The booklet that comes with the device, even states this. Also, in the booklet, there's a chart/table that explains what each level is good for. The devices actual purpose is to help alleviate pain, discomfort, assist with blood circulation as well as Qi circulation. All energy meridians in the body meet in a centralized area in the abdomen around the Navel area. The AB device is to help circulate the flow of QI energy in the body to the arms and legs. The two smaller devices can be used in conjunction with the ABS stimulator to help with the flow of this energy down into the arms; legs, feet and hands. Not a bad device, but for it's intended purpose, i would stick with actual QiGong practice.

Ayer decidí probar este modelo y como se ve en la foto, fue una tortura, al retirarlo vi la herida provocada.Es una lástima pero NO LO RECOMIENDO...Ya inició el pesado e incomodo proceso de devolución.

Now this item looks like it would really work but when I read instruction, they scared me so I had to send it back. I don’t know if there’s a less scary one I think I’ll buy that.

My husband bought this for his back and to strengthen his core. He does weights at the gym 4-5 times a week and is on his feet all day at work Monday to Friday. It is similar to what our chiropractor uses before adjusting us but on a smaller scale. My husband loves it. He says it's easy to use. He puts it on his stomach and hips for 30mins watching TV. I've started using it on my hip. We both feel a big improvement and a reduction in our pain level. We are ordering a second one so we each have one!

Item not returnable keep that in mind. Easy charging with USB and charging is fast. The product itself is a little cheap looking. The modes are not so good- feels like getting zapped. I think mode 6? Gives a little more action but does not go deep for muscle contraction. Device runs for about 10 minutes at a time. I’ve used a few times and not really working.

I didn't know what to expect when I opened the package. I had seen many good reviews, so I had hope. It was very easy to assemble, charges quickly, and even on low settings you can really feel it. I am not sure over time, what kind of results I might see, but if anything, it encourages me to do follow with other light exercise. For the price, it certainly gives you a great place to start, at little cost!
