Loved the taste of the Badi, it was really delicious.

Decent quality but …
Decent quality ‘Vadi’ but it is not a true ‘khatti / khatto vadi’ (not sour enough).Quite mild and not too spicy. Need to add a bit of chillies to the gravy if one is making typical Punjabi Aloo Vadi.

Nice flavourful and tangy taste
Reminds me of my childhood dal and curries my mother and grandmothers used to cook. The packaging was excellent, not a single vadi lost its shape.

We are settled in Pune for last 35 years but always missing Urad dal ki Amritsari Wadian.Whenever we used to travel towards Delhi, we used to bring from there in large quantity.Now it is availavle on AMAZON at reasonable price with same TASTE & QUALITY.THANKS Amazon
