The seal works great. We had a slight issue with a part, but they responded fast and got us a replacement part asap free of charge.

We have been using this machine for 5 months now, it's a good product. The price of this wantjoin sealing machine and other products we have used have been very economical. There are lot of very expensive machines out there but it beats them all. There has not been any issues so far except couple of time the cup seal got stuck but customer care was very supportive and shared the process why it was getting stuck. It was some temperature related thing. All in all it has been a great sealing machine and we are happy with it.

Man this things doubled the speed of my work flow. I can from a semi-automatic machine to this and it’s been nothing but a major gain in boba production speed. Can’t the price is unbeatable for the time it saves you. Very pleased. Considering getting a second one for those times when we have a rush but even this is enough for it.

I have used this machine for almost a year. It's a great reliable machine. I purchase their sealing film as well. Our customers love the different smiley faces. We had a problem with a specific piece, they were responsive in their customer support. Would buy again for my next small business.

The machine was great addition to our restaurant, we make lots of smoothies and juices, it is fast and simple to use for our staff. It has safe us lots of space due to not having to store the cup covers, and money because the film is inexpensive and it allows us to place the cups right inside the bags eliminating the need for cup holders
