Q: What is the best for outside plants in ground

floranova is pretty great if you're not concerned about 100% organic; it is compatible with organic soil amendments, though. Don't keep it on the shelf/around too long and don't buy old stock that's been sitting on the hydro shop shelves for a year+, one-parts tend to have some precipitation occur eventually. All the floranova I've received from Amazon has been fresh, with no precipitation having yet occurred as far as I could tell.

Q: How was this product compared to fox farms grow big, big bloom, Tiger bloom line?

Both are very effective, it's a matter of personal preference. FF Big bloom is organic though.

Q: Can this be used in a soil grow ??

It is recommended for hydroponic. I recommended Fox Farm for soil
