Grating not as easy
It’s a good product except the grating blade need to put to much pressure to get coconut inside gratedBlade needs to be more sharp so it can easily grate.Can you help me with this.

Product didn't work after one week. They made us to pay for the package transportation charges.
Product didn't work after one week. Since i had warrenty, i applied for it. They made us to pay for the package transportation charges. And the service members are so irresponsible- They had a typho in the package phone number, so not sure whether we will be updated of the packages arrival/not.

A very good and unique product
It's a very unique product and very useful. There's no electrically operated coconut scrapper in the market today. As a bonus, they also provide a citrus juicer along with it.

Damage item
The connector to connect the scrapper is inside and cannot attach, i had placed request for replacement on 10th Nov and got message replacement has been arranged for 14th Nov when no one turned up on 14t Nov and my replacement window closed on 13th Nov . now i have faulty item and no manufacturer contact details as well.
