EGO Power+ CH2800D 56-Volt 280W Dual Port Charger

I’m not going to rush out and purchase an electric car (though I might a hybrid), but I do love my E-Go blower. That thing’d blow the fur off of a cat (or other furry animal). I just needed a couple of spare batteries for extra blowing time and a charger that would power them up tout de suite/maintenant. It does; they do; I’m well pleased.

Well worth the price and it charges 2 batteries at once to help keep you going when pressure washing and needing a lot batteries ready to go. Takes about 20-30 minutes to fully charge a battery.

It said it would charge my batteries and guess what it charged my batteries!!!!

I had a 56v 5.6amh battery that come with lawnmower and I been using it for 7 years. The charger that come with it stop working and thought this one thinking it was the battery when finally I got a new dual charger original and put to charge both it has the charge indicator the old battery doesn’t. When put it on the lawnmower it start and works fine a did notice a little bit of less power but it did the work the only down side is when the battery is on the lawnmower the light keeps blinking between green and red but the indicator on the battery is on and it tells you how much energy is left other than that almost like the original it hold the charge a little more than the original that is 7 years old.

After a bad experience and an initial “1” star review - the seller reached out and rectified my issues. I would recommend this product and seller.

Much better to have one charger for multiple batteries than to have multiple chargers for individual batteries. This dual-port charger can charge all of my hand tool batteries (<5Ah) batteries in short order and my larger ones in fairly good time. Add this to the wall-mounted charger for the 42" rider (six batteries on board) and I have a full-day's yard work ready to go in about 3 hours. Add this to the snow blower for winter use and even my long driveway is covered without having to wait to recharge batteries.

Saves time, quick charging, and quiet. Definitely recommended!

Two batteries charge simultaneously but draw the same power to charge as the single unit charger. The times for charging 1 battery in half the time of this one charging two batteries. However, if you only put one battery on this unit, I suspect it would match the single unit charger. Convenient if you need to charge two batteries and don’t want the hassle of changing batteries to complete the task. The battery backup generator, for example, round robins the charging with up to 4 batteries, but only one battery is charging at a time. I think it goes about 20% and then moves to the next lowest charged battery whereas this one acts on two batteries from where they are to full charge.
