I've probably have purchased about 3 phones that had shot batteries and connectors. This one came out flawless and the battery held extremely well. I had some small issues with the camera but that was easily fixed with an android update that was missing. Definitely will purchase another one if this one magically goes out, but I don't see it in the foreseeable future.

The phone arrived on time and it was well packaged. When I opened the package and inspected the phone it was in excellent condition. For a renewed phone, I was expected a few scratches on the back or on the display. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were no scratches on the back, display or on the sides of the phone. The phone is unlocked and was easy to setup, the battery life is great lasting for a day and a half on full charge. I would definitely be buying a renewed phone especially from this seller anytime in the future. There is no need to buy expensive new phones when renewed phone work so well and cost a lot less.

Bought it to root and run a a mobile penetration tester, but unlocking the bootloader was nearly impossible so I returned it. Should have known not to buy a carrier version.

I have no complaints at all. The phone works great and I could t be happier with my purchase.

Well I got what the description said, a Oneplus 7T but there were somethings I didn't expect. First, it didn't come with it's original box, which although I don't really care about the box, it was missing the Oneplus warp charger, I instead got some random white charger that isn't warp so it charges the phone much more slowly. My last complaint is the battery life, I know they are usually bad for used phones but this one lasts about 6 hours give or take. Other than that, it's a great phone, just wish it came with the original accessories.

Nice phone, was in great condition, fingerprint reader had a couple different patterns you can use and works great.If you're having issues with texting you WILL have to get a NEW sim card from your carrier, other than that the phone is Awesome!

I recently purchased a this. While the phone is unlocked and works with ATT (follow their instructions on their website to enable this), I encountered a known battery issue. The battery drains rapidly and doesn’t hold a charge as expected and this is a kown issue with this model and sotware version. This significant flaw is why I downgraded my review. If you experience this, return the item immediately. Amazon needs to be held accountable for their recertification process. Ensure you force any issues with exchanges or returns through Amazon’s customer service. Only time will tell if this was a good purchase, but for now, I’m a little disappointed

Pretty good phone for something a good coupler of years old. Mine seems to bug out on some over screen apps I use.
