We dive and spearfish a lot in this family and was needing to upgrade our de-scalers. We like that each piece in the set is for different size scales and really gets the job done. They are super light weight which is good and bad. Light weight makes it easy to use but it also makes it feel like the handle will break off easily. So far nothing has broke so thats a good thing.

My wife is a country lady and learned how to clean fish when she was a little girl. I purchased these items for myself to clean the fish I caught with friends of mine. Once my wife saw the fish cleaning tools, she had nostalgic feeling and took over cleaning the fish. So, based off her experience and the ease of use, I will give these items five ⭐️’s!

So yesterday I used my fish scaler for the 1st time & boy was it amazing. I used the piece that holds the scales in it as not to make a mess of my kitchen, believe me when I tell you I found only a few scales as I cleaned up. The scaler is sharp & works effortlessly. You just scrape access the fish & it descales it and collects the scales. I cleaned & scaled 18 med , nice sized fish in about 30 min . Total game changer for me. I love this thing.
