Philips Hue 2-Pack White Ambiance BR30 60W Equivalent Dimmable LED Smart Flood Light (Compatible with Alexa, Apple, and Google Assistant)

It perforrms like a BR30 of yore. Dim, low quality light. Like a cheap florescent tube color. Yes, the color temperature can change. The warmer the dimmer the better. Once you start dialing it to cooler color, it starts losing its quality. The light output is like an old 40W bulb. Trying to find good quality lighting that changes color temperature. No such luck with Philips Hue. Returned.

These work great with my iPhone, Mac, Apple TV and HomePod. It's great to get into bed and then tell Siri to turn off the lights. Plus I've even made a "getting into bed" siri shortcut that automatically turns off the lights directly above my bed, but leaves two on further away, plus turns on two Hue Gos that I've got set up as lamps! I love it!

They throw off a lot of light, and light temperature ranges from a cozy warm light to an energyzing bright cool light. The app makes them easy to control and customize. I have mine set up to be controlled by my Google home, and it works flawlessly! Only wish you could change the color of the light (warm or cool) with the Google home!

There were scratches and dirt visible on these. To be honest they look like they’re used. But maybe it’s manufacturing dirt and scratches from storage/transport? They work though.

I bought this a couple months ago, and before both bulbs were working perfectly. However, one of them no longer reaches maximum brightness, and if I set the colour temperature to anything other than cool, it just shuts off completely and refuses to light until i turn it to a cooler temperature! This is ridiculous, if I wanted to be limited in my lighting temperatures, I'd have bought a cheaper model. This is not the product quality I'd come to expect from Philips.
