Good medium for growing mushrooms
I currently have a batch of shitake's growing on some cakes that grew from this grain. This has performed as desired. 3 stars due to price. I was trying to branch out when it comes to growing mediums and figured I would give it a try but when comparing to less costly options there isn't really anything that makes this grain stand out.

Product is only ok. The packaging the berries are in was completely unlabeled, which was surprising. And the freshness was so-so.

Rodent feces!!!
For the price of $15 per 1 lb I received a disgusting portion of rye mixed with rodent feces.One star only to be able to submit the review….
