I have Ménière's disease, which is a neurological vestibular disorder that causes motion sickness all the time, even if I am not doing anything aside from walking and turning my head or painting at my easel. My brother in law told me about these a few months ago. His son uses him for car sickness and he thought they might help me as well. I have never had acupuncture, and know nothing about acupressure, but these do help. I was skeptical but they are a very simple, inexpensive way to prevent nausea from escalating into needing Zofran (RX). Go to YouTube and search for a tutorial on where exactly to wear them on the wrist. The spot where the balls rest, matters. And you must wear both at the same time. It feels weird to have something that snug on your wrist but you won't care when it helps. Don't be surprised when they leave marks on your skin. I try to take them off and give my wrists a rest if I need to wear them for a long stretch.Here is how I am certain that they help me: I hadn't painted in a week because of nausea, but when I got these, I put them on and painted for an hour. Later that evening when I painted some more, I forgot to put these on again, and within ten minutes I had really bad motion sickness. So, they help prevent nausea but they help ease it too, if it is already coming on.Also, I bought a few pairs from different companies and they are identical.

Bought test for morning sickNess at I'm pregnant and I can't keep anything down.They actually seem to be working.I am also trying many other thing in combination with them.That in started around the same time. But I will say I don't take them off incase they are working.I must state that my morning sickness is very extreme. I am on a nausea medicine and that isn't working wither.So i was desperate.I order these, they came a day late.I have had them on all day and I take them off at night.They are comfortable. After a few hours at a time I get a little itchy. But the band is nice.It's a strong knit.And They don't hurt.There are 2 in the package. So I wear them both.The same brand has pregnancy one it's the same thing except you only get 1 band. And it's marketed for pregnancy.Mine came in a light gray color. Looks nice.I am a mom of 6 so this is not my first time with morning sickness. And trying all sorts of remedies.I think these are great. Even if it takes the edge off. It's worth it!And the price was great.Theybwere not expensive at all.And its Cheaper for these a set of 2 than the 1 band for the pregnancy titled band.Don't get fooled it's the same thing.If your pregnant looking for these. These are great.Over all I would recommend these i think they are great and I'm not sure why I never got them in my other pregnancies!

These literally are the only things that keep me from getting morning sick. I had used them with my first pregnancy and misplaced them over the past few years, now pregnant with my second I desperately needed them again. I wake up horribly nauseous every single morning and the second I put these on I can literally feel the clenched up muscle towards the top of my stomach relax, the only times I have actually been sick were when I wasn't wearing these, they're pretty much a 24 hour a day accessory right now. For those reviewers who say they didn't work, I recommend moving the "bead" part on the inside slowly up or down, left and right on the inner part of your wrist until you physically feel your stomach relax, there is a very specific point it needs to be on, you can't just put it anywhere on your wrist, that's the whole point of acupressure/acupuncture, I have to adjust mine a few times during the day but it becomes second nature and the more in tune with your body you are, the quicker you'll be able to get it in the right spot. Mine usually is about 2 inches below the bend in my wrist and just to the side or right on the tendons in my forearm that can be seen by clenching your fist. They can get a little itchy and do leave a ring around your wrists but it's well worth not getting sick.

I was hesitant to get these because people keep saying they're on the smaller side.However they do fit...they're ment to be tight.I am pregnant and wanted to see if these helped. I've been having horrible morning sickness..some days I just can't keep anything down...and I'll be up all night puking...too. These came a day after one...I was able to keep food and water down..but was feeling like I'd throw up still..specially with movement.I put these on when I got them around 1-2pm..wasn't sure how well they work until I took one off while I was eating...I almost threw up. I ended up sleeping with them on..they didn't bother me.They don't work 100% but they are helping me just enough.I will probably buy more just to have two...My issue though is the right ones tighter and I've been having to move it to stop it from hurting.They really should start making more adjustable ones. I do have a larger wrist...I got these because I saw a few male reviews. I think if you have hug man wrist these wouldn't fit.Also not really shower friendly.I think it varies from person to person on working or not.
