Not reliable!
I purchased 15 of these, in order to replace some old ones we had at the sports facility which I'm managing. We had them installed in October-November 2023. Out of 15 pcs, 7 started to malfunction only weeks after installation, causing constant leaking and water loss. Went through very expensive bathrooms remodeling, only to have 'out of order' toilets - unacceptable!Buyers, beware!

Parts are already obsolete!
The Manual Valve (Push-Button) failed on my new unit. This is not 3 months old! The replacement part is obsolete with no alternative available.

Very nice
Installs super easy and works flawlessly. No leaks and flushes everytime. I only wish I had gotten one sooner. We had an older american standard unit on the toilet that this replaced but every few years we had to rebuild the flush handle seal. No handle on this unit to leak so I expect years of use

It's just okay
I really wanted this unit to modernize my office bath but it ended up being a bit of a problem because Clients use this restroom on a near daily basis and it sometimes just does not want to flush and when this happens there isn't much you can do. It eventually flushes but you never know when it is going to work and when it isn't so for that reason it gets 3 stars and based on my personal experience I would not recommend it.
