Plug and play
Amazing for the price tbh. All I had to do was plug and play and it was good to go. Really good qualityWould recommend

Works well though USB power needs to be maintained for normal pass through video
Used a 5mt HDMI cable and 6mt USB3 cable to patch the capture card between TV, streamer box and my Windows laptop. Used OSB Studio free software (easy to set up) . Works fine for video capture (I am not a gamer so cannot comment on that aspect). Discovered that if not currently capturing video, and watching regular streamed video, USB power needs to be maintained to the capture card, else signal drops out.

Better than expected
Works surprisingly well with both OBS and Virtualdub2. There is a bit of banding in OBS, which you can reduce by tweaking the settings, and upping the bitrate, but I haven't been able to remove it completely.Bizarrely, this seems to work better when plugged into a USB2.0 socket rather than a USB3.0 socket? That should tell us something . . . ? (the price should have already told us the same thing!) Having said that, I'm pleasantly surprised with the results. I was expecting to have to fork out at least twice what I paid for this, so it's OK for the time being.NOTE: As far as I'm aware, it will only output a maximum 1920x1080 video, the 4K bit in the item's description means that it will accept a 4k input, but downscale it to 1920x1080 (or whatever) I haven't got any 4K devices so I can't comment on how well it does it.

Rybozen 4K Audio Video Capture Card, HDMI USB 3.0
Needed a device that could capture devices that give a 4k UHD style signal(s) from gaming devices & such. This device seems to do the job surprisingly well, no issues with 4K or HDCP signals it allowed them to be seen and captured without the use of a HDMI splitter. So less cables/devices less mess & things to go wrong. Only gripe is the audio is a tad low, but that can be fixed in video editing software to increase it a small % Even though input is 4k UHD etc.. output looks best in 1080p HD

excellent
I used this to live stream a CCTV camera onto a client's website, the results are fantastic, since installation the card hasn't failed once no stumbles no resets. I am extremely happy with this product and recommend it to anyone oh and so cheap for what it does :)

Super easy to install, 60fps cap
Honestly it works really well and records 60fps at 1080/1440/2160pHowever I’m using a series S and games that run at 120hz will be stuck at 60. If you want to record in native resolution and refresh rate you’ll need a more advanced capture card. When changing the settings on the Xbox it won’t allow 120fps 1440p or even 1080p output so be aware.
