My alarm system required a new battery. I contacted the alarm people and they said to buy this product. I did and received the product in one day. Super easy to install, and the performance is excellent.

These batteries were used as a replacement for a CYBER POWER UPS system, model CST135XLU (initially purchased at Costco).After a few years, the batteries do wear out after some occasional switching. On the cyberpower website, a pair of new ones is about a hundred dollars (the cost of a new unit), while these were much less. I chose the brand INTERSTATE, as I have had a positive experience with that brand in car batteries, also purchased at Costco.Batteries swapped out, and did a load test with satisfactory results. The plugs on the battery are a slightly narrower than the ones on the initial batteries, however, the plugs in the unit will fit on the new Interstate batteries snugly without issue.Also, these were shipped in a less than optimal way: two heavy batteries in a tiny padded priority mail envelope with a single layer of bubble wrap around each one. With how rough the packaging looked, I was sure they would have been damaged, however, no damage, with the exception of a few light scuffs which did not affect operation - I still don't think it would be a good idea to continue to ship these in this fashion.

Came with 50%+ charge. Perfect size and electrical specs were dead on. Company sent the FAS-1079 version instead of the FAS-1075 version. Only difference is the 1075 has the smaller battery terminals (FI) and the 1079 has the larger lugs (F2) . All I had to do was to make short 3" jumper wires with F1 male conncetors to the F2 Females - took me less than 5 minutes. If you are not a tinkerer, check out the terminal lugs before you try to use it.

received them within 48 hrs. Great price (about half of what I would pay locally). Already installed them. work fine.

This battery was easy to install and solved my weak/dead ADT battery problem quickly. Unfortunately it took a couple of days to arrive and I didn’t have much of any warning when the old one died. Also, it wasn’t easy to find a place to recycle this old battery. Home Depot and other convenient places will only take the rechargeable ones.

A few months later and they seem to be working well on my building fire panel.

I tested the old battery, and there is nothing wrong with it. They hoped I would ask one of their technicians to come by and do the job for more than a hundred dollars. DIY and save a bundle.
