Q: I bought this product on the 17 December 2020 and the mechanism has come out of the wallet. What do I do?

Q: Is this made with real leather?

As far as I know it looks synthetic but it’s certainly hard wearing as I have it in my pocket every day and I would recommend anyone to buy.Hope this helps.

Q: Is it genuine leather?

I don't think so. There are no markings or text to indicate real leather. Having said that the item works well for me.

Q: Why does the description say it can fit 5 cards in the aluminum pocket but in the picture with black cards it shows 6?

I think it's because it depends on the cards being embossed. I can fit 5 credit cards in mine. But I have the double one so it holds 2 banks of cards
