Healing Elixers or Placebo?
I've used the Mimulus and Larch for the past week and a half. I guess the effectiveness is according to the severity of the user's emotional state. So far, I can't tell whether its working or not.

Great essences
I started using Bach's essences a few years ago. They work and l do recommend them. I put 2 drops of 3 to 4 essences in a water bottle and sip on it and add water to it throughout the day. It's a subtle but noticeable change in attitude and mood and always for the better. These were even delivered earlier than expected. Thank you!
