great for home. easy to use

The computer was great with no obvious signs of scratches or anything. I purchased it for an elderly lady who doesn't have great computer demands. However, once you get it and it loads the updates to the software installed, there isn't much room left. I usually use Avast antivirus/security but it would fit. I had to go with McAfee because it's a smaller package. Luckily, all of the programs she uses I was able to bookmark them on the Chrome taskbar.

update to previous review. The product just gets worse. I closed my computer left my parents drove home sat down opened it back up and will not restart. I have tried to restore back to initial install... no image exists... tried going into command prompt and running sfc scan or discm cleanup image.... I can't because it was installed with a mass install PE version of windows so it doesn't actually have a product code for the computer. This is the worst computer purchase I have ever made. Stay away from any of these on amazon. Any issue and its a new computer. Basically just rented a computer for $50 a month to lose literally all my school work with finals right around the corner. I am going Apple will not buy another windows computer.I got the computer installed chrome and another program.. Needed another program for school that was 118mb memory full. so now I have to uninstall and reinstall programs just to be able to do my school work. with Chrome and the other 118mb program installed I have 1gb left and a message constantly telling me I am at maximum capacity. You cannot use the laptop if you do not have internet access. Why? because the new windows requires you to log into a microsoft account to log on to the computer. No internet no microsoft logon just an expensive paper weight. Computer is very slow for the amount of ram it has and being a quad core processor. Camera very grainy. if all you are going to do is use it to view websites you might be okay but dont try to do anything else with it. Waste of money.

Wow this is a cool small laptop. It's a gift for my niece who completed Jr. High soon to start High School and I knew this will help with all the loaded software/programs. Not bad with the added inputs USB, HDMI, Micro SD slot, Headphone input.
