Brilliant phone (beware of cases)
This phone arrived in fairly good timing, it set up well and worked brilliantly. I noticed as I started using it that there were a lot of "blind spots" where the S-pen wouldn't work on the phone. Long story short, I got in touch with the refurbishing company thinking it was faulty. (they were extremely accommodating) I decided to research these "blind spots" just in case it was a common problem, but I found it can actually be caused by detachable wallet cases. I have one of these so I tried the S-pen without it and of course everything works perfectly.Apparently the strong magnets in the back of the case can mess with the sensors in the phone's screen, so if you do end up going with this phone (or any other phone that includes a pen) I'd recommend staying away from detachable cases ;).The phone itself is wonderful, camera is great, loads of storage, it's pretty fast and the pen has a bunch of features. All in all I'd say it's a great phone and the company is very reliable.

Broke after 8 months
To begin with, this product was left unsigned for and put on the doorstep in the rain. When challenged, the delivery driver (who my brother just caught), claimed he had no idea a phone was in the parcel. The product was adequate. It had a superficial crack on the back, but this did not bother me as I put it in a phone case. After 8 months, however, the phone stopped working out of nowhere. I was sat on the sofa with it and it just started glitching and then the screen did not come on at all. Unfortunately, the seller has been very unhelpful with regards to an explanation or an offer to fix it. I took it to a repair shop. The screw holding the screen on is so worn down that they struggled to remove it and ended up breaking the camera unit in the process (they did worn me that this may be inevitable). They have offered to fix the camera unit with no installation charge. That being said though, it will have cost £300 to fix along with a week of being phoneless whilst they wait for parts. This has really put me off ordering refurbished phones.

Good Condition Samsung Ultra 256GB
The phone arrived in a generic cardboard box complete with charger and lead. All contents were wrapped in bubble wrap. (Unfortunately no sd/sim tray pin. but I have spares). The phone itself had a reasonable amount of battery charge and everything was in mint condition and works perfectly so far. An absolute bargain and 100 pounds cheaper than other second hand, refurbished retailers. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Samsung behemoth
I've been nursing my Galaxy Note 8 through its ever decreasing battery life for a very long time, in the hope that Samsung would finally release a new Note with 4K screen, so that I can use my VR headset without the annoying 'screen door' effect. So what happened? Samsung decided to end its collaboration with Occulus instead. I suspect it was to deliberately spite me! And, as Samsung also didn't release a new Note this year, I bought this, older, Note 20 Ultra instead.I knew that I would be buying a refurbished handset. But I was okay with that. I tell everyone it's so that I can do my little bit for the planet by not buying new, and being in favour of recycling. But the truth is, I saved myself some money, and if Samsung release a new Note next year, I might take another look. So, onto the handset. It arrived in a plain generic box, with no frills and no accessories save an unbranded, generic USB charging cable. It does, however, have a 12 month, money back guarantee (reassuring).I am very pleased with my purchase. The phone is completely unblemished and, for all intents and purposes, looks brand new. Everything works exactly as I would expect, and setting up and transfer of data from my old phone was simple (but not quick!).The battery, whilst much better than my Note 8, still requires a charge throughout the day to give me a full day's use. But then, I do use my phone a lot. To be fair though, it is better. The process of getting the phone to work with every application as well as my old one takes time. But then, that's the same for every new phone; visiting websites that requires passwords, or online banking etc. And can't be done in an hour or so, but that's not the fault of the phone, more a fact of life now.All in all, I am very happy with this purchase, and would give serious consideration to buying from the seller again. Highly recommended.

Not sure I made the right decision
It came with all the apps. I have not transferred my info to it yet just been checking the battery time. DissapointedI wish I had gone for a different phone. Now I am stuck cause I missed the 30 day return window. It's nice looking phone. I suppose I am anxious about remembering passwords and being able to get into my banking on lineBut this is all on me . Not the phone.really disappointing on how it says charged for. Am I expecting too much? Can someone tell me how long shd the charge shd last.

Almost Like New
I've had refurbished phones before, which when looked at out of the box, have been in 'Excellent Condition'.Other than a few minor scuff marks on the rear I would believe this phone to be new, but not 'Excellent' Condition.Having said this, it looks and works so far really good, virtually as new, and for the price I'm going to keep it. It would be 4.5 stars because of those scuff marks, but unable to do that. And yes, I would recommend, as its virtually as new.
