Easy to install & work like OEM
Product shipped quickly and was able to install my own in under 10 minutes. It does require an extra set of hands to hold up the hood while changing the struts out or a little ingenuity. I used a spare 4ft 2"x4" board I had in my garage to prop up the hood while I changed out the struts. They are easily removed with a slim flathead screw driver to pop up the metal "c" clamp at each end to remove the strut. To install the new one, just place the ball socket at each end of the strut over the neck on the hood and hit it with the palm of your hand until it clicks into place. Easy as that. Made my hood act as if it were new again. Nice product.
