I purchased this shower head about 9 months ago, so I've given it a chance to see just how much I like or dislike it over a significant amount of time. When I moved to Las Vegas, I heard a lot about the poor water quality, and it's true, the water is awful. Not only that, but it's extremely dry here so the moisture is zapped right of your skin anyway, so showering with regular tap water just made it a lot worse resulting in dryness, redness, itchiness, etc. I am in a rental so no way to do a softener or whole house filter. I will say this is not a silver bullet if you live somewhere this dry, but my skin has definitely improved since installing this.In looking for a shower filter I wanted to find something that was actually NSF certified, and so I went to the NSF website and reading through the various certified filters I liked this one because it was different than all of the rest in terms of 2-stage function and honestly it looks way better than most of the others out there. Comparatively it's a little pricey but I went for it anyway, and I'm glad I did.Everything about the unit is very high quality. It comes apart and goes back together easily, the fittings are great, and it does not leak. Also, the packaging was extremely well done and high quality as well.The water pressure on this head is great. It's kind of hard to describe, as it's very different than most other heads, but I'd say it's like a really firm mist. With brand new filters it's very powerful. Took some time to get used to but now I really like it.Full disclosure, this is part of a three stage set up for me. I am using the Purifull in conjunction with a Pelican/Pentair water filter as the first stage (their drinking filters are NSF certified and I believe their shower head filter was at the time as well, but I can't find it now). This shower head acts as stages 2 and 3 for me. I also did this whole setup all at once because I felt that the water was bad enough that I wanted to hit it with everything I could. It seems to have been a good move becuase I still need to change out the Purifull handle filters every couple weeks. They are noticeably discolored and water pressure is reduced. I typically go a little longer than the one month recommendation on the larger head filter. The Pelican/Pentair filter is a 6 month filter. This says to me that the Purifull is actually finer filtration, as pressure goes back up when I replace the Purifulls.I wanted to know how well the system was performing so I ordered a water test kit, which did show significant improvement over water straight from the tap.The only real con or drawback as I see it is that it is expensive to maintain. Roughly 40 bucks a month in filters is a lot (or maybe month and a half depending on how bad your water is). I do think it's worth it if you have poor water quality though, as the water is hitting your largest organ for 10-20 minutes a day.

This shower head and filter system has been working great until it blowed up in the middle of shower. First, I ordered this to replace another shower head with water filters as I couldn’t replace filters only and had to buy the whole system every 2-3 months. This produce stronger water pressure which I really liked about and filter system have been working great. However, this is also the first shower head popped in the middle of shower. Now I’m not really convinced to spend another $60 to order another one as I don’t think it may last longer either.

Had this shower head on less than a couple months and it burst open. It did filter out the gunk a bit but poor materials. It was delivered in January and I got it installed a week later so less than a couple months really not worth the buy

This took less than 5 minutes to take off the old shower head, and assemble this shower with the adjustable arm mount and hose (bought separately). There's an abundance of very fine streams that are powerful enough to rinse everything off quickly, but very invigorating and enjoyable. The stream has slightly less flow rate (about 2.4 GPM) than my old shower (2.5 GPM), but it feels like it's 50% more powerful. I never let the shower water hit my face directly because the chlorine irritates my skin and dries it out terribly, but I wanted to test what would happen with this shower head and I won't hesitate to shower my face at all from now on. I couldn't like this more. The filters are pricey for the length of. time they're good for, but I'm all in on this winner for the long-term!

Careful installing, removing and reinstalling. The threads will strip and leak. I think it should be a better quality for the price.

Fit's well on regular shower hose. Water pressure did not decrease even with the double filter system—great value for the money.

Es todo muy bien pero no tiene la precion alta… es pobre… en kore hay filtro de cabezal para agua precion baja.. pero en aca no hay…
