This is the highest quality shilajit I have come across. I have tried 3 brands available on amazon: Jarrow, Omica Organics and Dragon Herbs. I believe that dragon herbs is the highest quality shilajit you can get in capsules. Head and shoulders above the Jarrow brand. I opened the capsules and mixed the contents with water. It was very dark brown with a rich smoky flavour. Omica organics loose powder is also a good buy for the value but only if you can stand the taste.Also Green Planet Paradise is very prompt with shipping.
