This robotic vacuum cleaner is amazingly useful. I have it scheduled to sweep my bedroom floor 30 minutes daily and its doing its job well which spared me time and effort. Its design is minimalistic but elegant. It was delivered in a good packaging and it comes with accessories and spare attachments - cleaning tool, charging dock, water tank, side brushes, spare cloth mop, remote control, boundary strips, and user manuals. I thought it's a good deal for the package - economically affordable than most brands. The device is easily set up and assembled which makes it convenient to use. It has a dedicated app which I downloaded from the app store where I have set a cleaning schedule - otherwise the remote controller that comes with it is easy to use as well. It uses various suction strength which automatically maxes out on carpeted floors or rugs. I like its cleaning pattern which is neat and smart. The dust bin can be easily detached from the body for emptying and is easily put back as well. It has good battery for long usage time and it automatically goes back to its charging dock once the battery runs low. Overall, this device is fantastic and I hope it can last for long.

I bought this product for my vacation home, I used it maybe 3 times last summer and when I went on vacation this summer, I discovered that it’s not working and the issue is the battery and it’s very expensive to replaceDon’t buy

It's good for small homes like max 650 sqft. The charge stays on normal usage for 43 min and it goes automatically to charging base once it reaches 14% power. This area needs improving as they say 120 min in their brochure. Next is on high power it stays for 22 to 26min only. However it's ideal for small homes and a must buy.

We stay in a 1bhk large apartment but this robo vaccum kept going to the same place over and over. To clean the entire house it took more than an hour. When you power cycle the robo for some reason while in middle of the cleaning session it will loose track of the map and it will start all over again.But it has a good suction power and it will leave your house clean and dust free.

The vacuum performs really well and is definitely great value for money. however, the most outstanding aspect is the exceptional customer service. On two occasions, the vacuum experienced issues, and the support team was highly responsive, promptly replacing the faulty parts at no cost.

I used the Proscenic 820T only a few times, and now it refuses to charge properly. Disappointed with the product’s durability, especially with such minimal usage.
