Q: This is made by PVC or PE?

It used to be PVDF but I believe that it is currently made with PVC. The old stuff had more cling to it. there are more discussions on-line

Q: is this the old meadowbrook wrap

I'vebeen using this product for many years, originally as a Kirkland product from Costco, I believe. However, I've never seen it marketed as meadowbrook. I will say it's the best wrap I've ever used and the only one I'll buy.

Q: At what temperature will this plastic wrap take before melting?

Do not know what temp that this product will melt. I use to wrap hamburger and freeze it when I thaw it in the microwave the hamburger will cook before the wrap melts. It is the best I have ever used and I have been using this type of wrap since it was introduced to the public

Q: Is the slicer included in this package?

There are two slicers included. One is the built-in serrated edge, which I don't like. The other is a slide slicer packed inside the core that you install over the serrated edge. It works very well. Everyone should use it, not the serrated edge.
