Recently I started to wake up soon after falling asleep with a very dry mouth and feeling like I could not breathe. I know it was all in my head, but the dry mouth feeling did not feel good at all. I did a ton of research and talked to some friends who suggestions I all tried (rinses, lozenges, drinking lots of water before bed).
