Comfy as your favorite old sweater...
If you enjoy fennel you MUST try this tea steeped in heated milk (cow, almond, or otherwise) with a touch of sweetener. It makes for a blissful evening routine!12/15/15: I've been drinking Pukka's After Dinner Tea for years now and my love of it keeps growing. While I do still enjoy a cup in the evening, I recently made a *shocking* change and swapped out my morning coffee in favor of this. The hearty chicory base holds up well in a tea latte and the fennel lends a perfect hint of sweetness. 16 ounces of milk and 2 teabags microwaved for ~2 minutes and I'm all set to start the day.P.S. -- Last Sunday I used my last two teabags to make my early morning brew, but desperately wanted a second cup with brunch. I tried re-steeping the teabags and ended up with a weak but drinkable cup. As I walked past our liquor cabinet I remembered a wonderful boozy coffee* from a local French restaurant and decided to up the anise flavor by drizzling a little Pastis into my mug. Oh. My. God. I'll stick to my normal weekday routine, but highly recommend trying the "After Dinner" Tea spiked for an occasional indulgence!P.P.S. -- The restaurant has closed since I had the dreamy coffee, but it was slightly sweetened coffee with Pastis, Frangelico, and (something else?), topped with a dollop of fresh whipped cream. That cup was the beginning of my love affair with anise/fennel in beverages. I can't offer an actual recipe, but it's well worth experimenting if you're another fennel freak!

Relaxing, gentle flavor is perfect to wind down after my busy day.
I like the subtle flavor of chicory in this tea, I find it soothing at night before bed. Very relaxing tea. And I like that I can use the bag again for a second cup when I'm enjoying just relaxing with a good cup of tea.

Excellent
Few US stores carry this particular blend. Had to order them from the UK. Discovered them in London during the summer of 2017. Excellent, flavorful tea for after meals or evening. Calming for digestion.

Pukka Tea Rocks!!!
I have tried almost all of the Pukka teas and I adore them! They are all well blended, balanced and smooth. It is nice to have found a company that makes such quality herbal teas! I gave After Dinner four stars only because it isn't my favorite, but I do drink it and enjoy it very much! It is a lovely post meal tea that has more body than I had expected, which was a nice surprise.

First - this tea has great packaging which makes it evident that it's a high quality product upon first seeing the package. I happened to order this on a whim on a few months ago and have been hooked ever since - great taste that goes a long way. I have never paid this much for tea but I just keep ordering...that's how good it is! Will definitely keep ordering.

Meh.
The tea is too mild for my taste. I was expecting a stronger more robust flavor. I couldn't taste anything but the star anise which was weak. I wanted a more chicory based tea. When I want an anise tea I'll stick to Yogi Tea - Egyptian Licorice Tea. Also for some reason the box came crushed everything was held together in a plastic packing bag.
