14 Jun '22- the joy is spoiled by Amazon and Shah Fragrances. Amazon writes broken sticks delivery is their responsibility. How does this parroted copy-paste statement help buyer? Meaningless lip service. No refund, no offer for replacement. Shah Fragrances keeps silent. They both have got their money. Customer can bear the brunt and suffer. I have lost confidence in receiving intact incense sticks. So, will no more buy these dry stick type incense boxes from Shah-Amazon setting. This is the outcome. They can decide if it's gain or loss. Otherwise, (original comment) Golden oudh from Shah fragrances is one of our regular order items since over 2 years due to its high quality fragrance. 5 star for incense, 2 star for packaging. Previously we used to order the longer variety incense sticks. But this time went for the dhoop stick variety. The fragrance is the same. Unfortunately many dhoop sticks were received broken inside the exquisite undamaged box packaging. This suggests seller's quality checking should be much more stricter prior to packing dhoop sticks in boxes as such sticks are always structurally more delicate.
