make sure to pre register before. Last year i received a text from t-mobile saying i had purchased a 30 day plan and i had to renew my contract before it expired. I contacted the company on amazon were I bought it and received a text a few hours later saying I was good for another 30 days. This year I received a text saying to ignore a text from t-mobile if I received one. It said I had bought a 60 day sim card and included the expiry date. Good and improved service. I will buy one again next year.

I had issues using the card mostly because of technical difficulties as the T Mobile network was upgraded; the Big Travel Store went out of their way to investigate the problem and to help me get back on line; because of their outstanding support, I would not consider using any other company

The phone card doesn't come with set up instructions, no sim-eject tool for Iphone, I don't even know the phone number. I bought other company phone card before, they come with instruction and iphone sim-eject, and also receive text message of the phone number. Overall it is not good for a traveller, spend too much time to figure it out . I don't recommend to buy it.don't even receive any text messages telling me the phone number. It's so helpless for a traveller and zero customer support.

The SIM did not work. I activated it 48 hours ago, I did not get any email back with the phone number and activation details as they promise, no one answered my messages requesting technical support, and the SIM is not working after two days. I have used similar SIM cards before with no problems, I would not recommend this one.

Hot spot and normal direct internet with Phone are poor at best. fine for email, test and normal phone calls. Skype, whatsapp video calls are impossible and any hotspot for my laptop including a direct USB cable is garbage. need a minimum of 3-4 mb/s to be reliable and useful. I could not recommend. I've used it previous and it was just barely okay last time. this time however I find I can not trust it.

Bought it for my brother when he came to visit me for 2 months and it worked great.. no issues at all and it was easy to install

Excellent customer service, no problems loading the card, unlimited data for Xbox gaming. We use this only for playing games on the Xbox and 2 of us use it in separate rooms on separate Xbox with no lag. We live in the middle of nowhere where internet isn't!
