If you have issues with water pressure, LED light, etc.
I purchased my delta touch faucet over a year ago. I was having issues with it lately (low water pressure, LED light on faucet not working) - then all of the sudden it stopped working and no water was coming out.I called up Delta customer support and Crystal helped me fix the problem. I followed her instructions and everything is working perfectly now. LED light and great water pressure! Here's what she asked me to do and it fixed the problems:(If you are not a handy person, please don't try this on your own).Make sure your faucet is off.1. Disconnect the power from the solenoid (I had both battery pack and AC adapter hooked up to it).2. Disconnect the C clamp off the bottom of the sink pipe. (this is connected to the solenoid via a wire)3. Disconnect the LED light plug.4. Disconnect the incoming and outgoing hose from the solenoid. The solenoid should now be free and you can remove it.**** Water Test ****Connect both hoses that you disconnected from the solenoid to each other - this functions as a bypass. Turn on the faucet - if the water is running fine with good pressure - that means the issue is with the solenoid and not the faucet or water coming in from the wall. Turn off the faucet. Disconnect those two hoses from each other. Put a bucket underneath the hose that is going to the sink. Turn on the faucet again and let the water run into the bucket for a few seconds. This will clear any debris in the hose as well.4. Look at the top of the solenoid - where the hose connection is. Mine had debris and gunk - Clean it out with a q-tip. This is what caused my water pressure to be low for many months. Any time you see the pressure change, this is what you need to do.*** Reset your solenoid ***5. Remove the battery lid off the battery pack and wait one minute +6. Replace C clamp (squeeze it a bit together) onto the bottom of the faucet pipe.7. Connect the LED light plug into the solenoid.8. Watch the LED light to see if it blinks once while replacing battery lid. If it does, good, otherwise is a faulty solenoid. Also, place the battery pack horizontally down on the bottom of the cabinet (do not hang it up like the picture in the manual).8. Connect the hoses to the solenoid. Turn on the faucet and see if it now works. If it's still an issue, then the solenoid is defective. If this is too confusing, call Delta's customer support -they were very helpful.Monday - Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.Saturdays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CSTDELTA Tech20 Concierge: 1-855-923-5368

Beautiful, Great quality, powerful spray, magnetic docking feature
Absolutely love this Faucet! It’s a beautiful Champagne color, not gold! It works perfectly as described. Touch on and off! Perfect for messy hands, just tap on to clean. There is a small light at the base that turns blue when the water is cold, purple when warm and red when hot so you always know the temperature of the water even if you can’t feel it right away. The sprayer is smaller but very powerful and has a great magnetic docking feature! It swivels from the base. Our plumber installed with no problem. This does have 6 AA batteries that power the touch feature. If it stops working check those first! I am extremely pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend.

A colossal waste of money
What a mistake. This faucet fails in every way. The finish is cheap. It shows every water stain or spot. You can buy $25 faucets that have better finishes than this one. The way it mounts is awkward and doesn’t clamp tight to the counter. It was a major pain to get it installed and it’s always been loose. It feels flimsy and floppy, like the spout is only loosely hanging on. Because of that, the spout likes to wander, especially when it’s running. That’s a nice feature if you want your kitchen to double as a swimming pool. As for the touch feature, it’s poorly implemented. Having the handle be touch sensitive is stupid and gives you no way to precisely control the water. Half the time you have to play a game of tag tapping it repeatedly to get water. Other times you end up with water all over your short sleeve. It’s a good idea perhaps, but the way Delta designed it sucks. And the Alexa integration? Well, it’s not worth $20. Again, a cool idea implemented very badly. I thought it would be a matter of saying “Alexa, dispense 1 cup of water.” But no. First, the handle has to be on, prepped and ready for your shirt sleeves when you reach into the sink, then you have to say, “Alexa, ask Delta to dispense 1 cup of water.” Fractions often get the response “I can’t dispense that amount.” That’s for .5 cups. Great. Other times It can’t even handle basic math. It’s buggy. Finally, as if there weren’t enough fatal flaws, the internet connectivity is insecure with open ports waiting to be exploited, and Delta tracks your use of the faucet. Why they want to track and sell that information, I don’t know, but I object. I guess, like most thieves, they can’t come into a house without stealing something. When I disabled it, they had the gall to contact me and tell me to reconnect it so they could steal more data. Overall, this is a $20 faucet and it represents everything that wrong with American companies. Instead of making a quality product, they make a crap product, add a little software as a gimmick, sell it for an outrageous markup and advertise the hell out of it. Sad. Really sad. It going in the garbage. Goodbye Delta. If I never use one of your faucets again, that will still be too soon.Update - Another reason I hate this faucet. The spray head attachment is tiny. You invariably touch the spout when you pull it. Then you have to stop and play idiot tag with the faucet to start it again. Every. Damn. Time. They probably saved a couple of pennies making it so small, because it only affects the consumer, and once you go down the route of ripping people off, the consumer no longer matters at all.

Beautiful and Effective
I have never installed any plumbing-type items before in my life but consider myself handy. This was super easy: I removed my old Delta faucet (which was at least 20 years old and still worked but was starting to fail) and installed this new one in less than forty-five minutes. There are simple instructions and easy to handle parts. I watched one YouTube video and went for it. I have the Trinsic line in all my bathrooms and love it. We’ve had those items for almost ten years and they look new and function well. I was worried that the Arctic Stainless was going to NOT match my other stainless items in my kitchen or the bathroom Trinsic line which is regular stainless, but I honestly can’t see the difference. Maybe if it was all in the same space it would be a noticeable difference, but as the rooms are separate, no one can tell there is a slight difference in finish. I also bought the version with the soap dispenser, which, if you haven’t noticed, is 70 dollars cheaper than buying the faucet by itself. I installed the soap dispenser too in about ten minutes.
