These Gummies are for girlfriends who drink too much don’t eat enough B12 and folate in them. Purchase these and they worked very well. She was able to eat them on demand and enjoyed it and even bought more.

While I’m only 25 yrs old, I’ve been feeling sluggish and tired. After a quick trip to the doctor I was told a good multivitamin would help. Once I purchased these, I kid you not, I wanted to get up and do more! They are cheap but aren’t bad quality at all! I’m on my third bottle and I’m doing amazing. It took me about six months to look on the back of the capsule and realize that this gummy is meant for women only. I don't know if there any side effects for men using it, but my stomach does rumble a little every single time I consume one. In any other case, it is most likely just less effective for usage by men because the ingredients seem pretty similar to other vitamin gummies, although I can't say for sure. Aside from those issues, the texture is smooth and nice compared to a flintstone vitamin and the instructions are on the back of the bottle.
