Q: What are the measurements?

Top rim measures 3 inches wide, the height measures 3 1/4 inches tall and the base measures 2 inches wide. All together = 7.5 ounces and an incredible glass that is strong yet can be used as a dessert glass, plus a white polishing cloth comes with each order of 6!

Q: Is there a blue tint like the picture shows?

NO, there is no blue tint to the glasses. They look good and are sturdy. I'd recommend them.

Q: What is volume of glass?

I can't answer the question with certainty. I THINK the ones I got were 8 oz. I owned a set from 6-8 years ago and after some attrition, ordered another set. Unfortunately, in my experience, the websites aren't very helpful. I got two other sets before I scored the ones matching my old ones, which i use for "on The Rocks glasses.
