6Ltr AFFF Foam, 6Ltr Water & 2KG CO2 Fire Extinguishers

First and foremost one extinguisher is in the red so not serviceable the other is right on the red !!!No instructions ! Why do you need instructions ? Well these extinguishers need building in so far as the pipes and nozzles need attaching .And here the problem is it ok to put the pipes on hand tight or do I need a spanner to tighten them further ?Also the end comes with a nozzle and cap at the end ….. so do I put the cap on the end of the nozzle or not? Will it automatically come off if used?Also the nozzle itself is closed at the end so through trial and error with the nozzle under the tap I see water does come out but three quarters down the nozzle ! This is somehow probably correct but in a safety appliance I really should be sure!I’d return them but just can’t be bothered .
