Was worried about the size people saying small! But I found to be great I have medium size arms my clothing is size 12 so I think these would fit ladies up to size 16. They Work great for me, using to stop bed sore on elbow due to shoulder operation and all my weight on one side getting in and out of bed and I must say skin feel 90% better the next day , would deffo buy again

This is my second review on this item (and I rarely leave reviews). I have now been using these for just over a week now, and I cannot believe the difference they have made. My elbows were rough, sore and looked horrid, they are now so smooth and back to what they should be (no more soreness). If like me you are suffering with your elbows, then I cannot recommend these enough.

The gel pad is soothing and helps with sore elbows but is quite tight fitting.

These are quite a small size, I just snipped a little cut in the seam to loosen them up a bit as I won't be wearing them out the house! They seem to have made a massive difference to my very sore, cracked elbows in a couple of hours... I've tried everything and these seem to be suxh a simple solution that I've never thought of before! Well recommended for the price!

Useful but bio oil helped with the healing and this provided some protection while recovery happened.

I suffer from skin Psoriasis. My elbows are almost the worse effected, due to constant friction and movement .Dressings from pharmacy are always very expensive, however these cuff-like with silicone are washable and extremely effective. Thank you.

Elbow support very handy when doing Pilate or yoga supporting elbows

I saw reviews saying would only fit children, however they fitted nicely on me and works really well. I'm a size 12 uk.
