I've tried a few different inulin products, and this one is my favorite.

The best fiber around. Makes you gassy, but that what fiber does. Initially start out once a day.

This item is fine, I've not been able to find the scoop said to with this product. It is a daily intake for me. Easy to take, easy on my system.All is well

Artichoke based
It works well for making l.returi yogurt. My fiance can not tolerate chicory root. Since this made from artichokes it is more tolerable.

I swear by this stuff
This is some of the healthiest fiber you can buy, IMO. I put it in my coffee every morning. It'll definitely make you gassy for the first couple weeks, but stick with it and your gut will thank you.
